One of nature's richest pantries is hidden in the forests of Norrbotten. During this three-hour guided tour, you will pick blueberries, lingonberries, cloudberries, sea buckthorn and wild mushrooms - ingredients that form the basis of the new Nordic cuisine.
Your guide will help you identify what is edible and what to avoid, sharing knowledge passed down through generations in these forests. Best of all, the harvest you pick will be served by our chef as part of tonight's dinner. From forest to plate, all in one day.
