Experience the Arctic winter from a whole new perspective! From Brändön Lodge we set off in a hovercraft over the frozen sea and through the winter landscape of the Luleå archipelago. Feel the freedom as we glide across the ice and discover the unique archipelago in its winter glory.

During the tour we take a cozy break by an open fire, where you can warm yourself with a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy classic Swedish fika bread.

A unique winter experience for those who want to get close to Arctic nature, far away from everyday life.


The tour can be booked on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays starting in December 2026.

Our 2nd visit - that says it all!

We just arrived home from another fabulous stay with Brandon Lodge. They took care of arranging all of the activities so makes the stay very easy. They provide a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere and make you feel at home. Cabins cater for all you need and are very warm! The food is outstanding and you couldn't fault any of the staff - everyone from our airport transfer to the management and guides all are friendly and knowledgable and nothing is too much trouble.

All outer-wear cold weather clothing is provided too!
