Leaving the city lights behind our transfer will take you to Brändön Lodge, just north of Luleå. This is a fantastic northern lights viewing spot with a low horizon over the frozen sea with few artificial lights. Your guide will explain the northern lights phenomenon as well as details about this unique, frozen sea side environment. While you are here you will also enjoy a fabulous 2 course dinner in the cozy log timber restaurant which is renowned for its cuisine and service. After dinner you will be welcome to use the lodges lounge, tee pee tents and small huts, all with open fires, where you can stay warm while ducking out periodically to check for the northern lights.
Pick up in Luleå at 18:00 – 21:30 including transfer 30 minutes each way
Please note: We have a minimum of 2 pax per booking. If you are traveling alone you still need to book and pay for 2 pax.
We just arrived home from another fabulous stay with Brandon Lodge. They took care of arranging all of the activities so makes the stay very easy. They provide a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere and made to feel at home. Cabins cater for all you need and are very warm! The food is outstanding and you couldn’t fault any of the staff - everyone from our airport transfer to the management and guides all are friendly and knowledgable and nothing is too much trouble.
All outer-wear cold weather clothing is provided too!

Friendly staff, good food, clean cabin, and activities to pick from. We stayed at one of the self-serve cabins. There were two rooms, 4 beds total, a restroom with shower (soaps provided) and hairdryer, a small living area where we could play cards, a kitchenette with dorm size fridge, microwave, a cupboard of glasses and dishes, and a sink. At the lodge we had breakfasts and dinners, all of which were freshly and expertly made by the nicest staff. We took advantage of a couple of activities and were treated like old friends every step of the way.

We have recently returned from an incredible five days staying at Brandon Lodge with our 9 year old twins. I cannot praise this place more! The setting is stunning. The staff go above and beyond to ensure that you are having your best possible experience and the food is amazing! We did dog sledding, snow mobiling, ice fishing and the Sami/Reindeer experience and loved all of them. In between activities the children spent all their time toboggoning next to the lodge. They had their best holiday ever. We all did. We were even lucky enough to see the northern lights. Thank you to all the team. We hope to come back!
